We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit out project in Lincoln for a 4-week programme commencing Tuesday 26th May.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project to completion within programme.
Requirements:- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Proven experience managing interior fit out / refurbishment projects (Shopfitting experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site standards
- Daily site management and supervision
- Health & Safety management and compliance
- Coordination of subcontractors and deliveries
- Progress reporting and programme management
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
