We are accepting applications for a full-time Creative & Social Media Execution Specialist (salaried). This is a hands-on role focused on executing established marketing and social media strategies through high-quality creative output. This position is responsible for designing, producing, and publishing social media content with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused — someone who can take a defined strategy and turn it into strong visual content, video, and platform-ready social media assets. The ideal candidate brings creative ideas that support the strategy while maintaining a strong focus on delivery, timelines, and quality.
A passion for the cannabis industry and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment are essential.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must have schedule flexibility. Hybrid, Open to candidates anywhere; special consideration for Ohio or Illinois. Occasional travel required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Social Media Execution
- Execute social media strategy across all platforms through consistent posting and content delivery.
- Create, format, schedule, and publish content across social channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all posts.
- Design social graphics, templates, and campaign assets.
- Create and edit short-form video content optimized for each platform.
- Adapt creative assets for different formats and platforms as needed.
- Maintain organized creative files and asset libraries.
- Execute creative deliverables for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Support on-site content capture or collaboration as needed.
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time and aligned with provided direction.
- Monitor content performance and engagement.
- Share observations and ideas to improve execution and content effectiveness.
- Adjust creative output based on feedback and direction.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication on progress and needs.
- Proactively flag challenges, gaps, or opportunities.
- Stay focused on task completion and follow-through across all assigned projects.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Experience capturing content in-field or on location.
- 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, creative, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Proven experience creating and editing short-form video.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
- Extremely organized with a strong focus on execution and completion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
- Proactive communicator with strong follow-through.
- Portfolio demonstrating social media execution, design, and video work.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass required background checks.
