Nothing Bundt Cakes values guest satisfaction and hospitality. Our guest services representatives are referred to as Joy Creators
. A Joy Creator sweetens the place, sets the mood, and makes visiting the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure orders go off without a hitch, making everyone feel welcomed and creating an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community.

• Assist guests in selecting cakes for celebrations and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide friendly, welcoming service and maintain an upbeat atmosphere in the bakery.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery or pickup.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help colleagues whenever needed.

• Willingness to learn about cake products and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work in a casual environment; dress code is T-shirts and sneakers.
• Flexible work schedules and the ability to work evenings and weekends may be available.
• You don’t have to be 18 to work here, so students can join us.
• Training provided on cake crafting and career growth opportunities.
