Position:
Associate Dentist

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist looking for a 3 day a week opportunity possibly leading to 4 days. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while working closely with our team of experienced dentists and support staff.

This is a 10 operatory practice that is FFS/PPO with approximately 5% Medicaid.

Monday-Friday schedule:
Monday - Thursday full days, with half days every other Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and provide appropriate treatment plans to patients
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the best possible treatment for patients
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education courses and training
  • Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the practice
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • State dental license in good standing
  • Open to new graduates with mentoring available
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
