We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to be the heartbeat of learning and development at our Stilwell, OK frozen desserts facility
. In this role, you’ll make sure our teams have the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to meet production goals—safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to execute and improve training processes that support plant performance, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate and administer facility training programs, including tracking progress, assessments, and ensuring training materials meet site requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, labor scheduling, and trainers to review the Skills Matrix, identify skill gaps, and ensure timely training to meet production needs.
• Document standard work changes, update training materials, and serve as a resource for managers and employees on training needs.
• Support New Employee Orientation, evaluate trainer effectiveness, and may facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
• 1 year or more of related experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing practices within a facility.
• Basic understanding of standard work documentation.
• Effective presentation skills with the ability to effectively develop, design, and deliver learning solutions to a wide variety of audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and additional skills in problem solving, influencing others, facilitation, and organization.
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and handle multiple projects and assignments, prioritize and meet budgets and deadlines, and achieve objectives.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000 to $80,000 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus; that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
