Practice Overview:

• Join a respected, established ENT practice with a robust referral base and immediate patient volume
• Collaborative team environment with multiple physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced clinical staff
• Bread-and-butter general ENT procedures
• Shared call structure with plans to reduce as the group grows

Schedule:

• Full-time weekday schedule with a predictable structure
• Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout the week
• Limited call rotation that supports long-term sustainability
• No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside of scheduled call

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary with additional production-based earnings

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
