Responsibilities- Organize, supervise, and coach the school robotics team.
- Guide students through the design, construction, programming, and testing of robotics projects.
- Prepare students for robotics competitions and related events.
- Teach and reinforce engineering, coding, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and positive student engagement.
- Coordinate team meetings, practices, and competition schedules.
- Maintain robotics equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
- Assist with fundraising and community outreach activities as needed.
- Experience working with students in educational, coaching, STEM, or robotics-related activities preferred.
- Knowledge of robotics, engineering, programming, or related technology fields preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and community members.
- Valid background check and all district employment requirements.
