Qualifications &Experience:
- Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting children at elementary and/or middle school levels
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple school locations
- Administer psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding academic and behavioral concerns
- Support inclusive practices and recommend classroom-based strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
