Role Overview
You are not here to teach. You are here to motivate. This role focuses on driving high standards and rigorous expectations for six‑year‑olds, ensuring they reach 99% of their targets and maintain continuous progress.
Responsibilities & Tasks- Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills workshops for groups of 10‑15 K‑3 students on public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange, and other foundational competencies.
- Conduct daily 1:1 and small‑group coaching sessions to maintain momentum toward weekly app targets, leveraging Coachbot analytics, Alpha’s reward structures, and individualized rapport.
- Deliver the Test2
Pass mastery assessment for each life skill and coach students who don’t pass on the first attempt until they achieve mastery. - Engage kindergarteners with songs, storytelling, physical activity, and humor while maintaining rigorous expectations for second and third graders.
- Serve as the warm, trusted adult children are excited to see at morning arrival and the adult who won’t allow them to settle for less than their best.
- Delivering whiteboard lectures; academic content is delivered through apps, not by you.
- Developing curriculum from the ground up;
Alpha supplies the operational framework which you animate. - Passively monitoring kids on computers; motivation requires active, individualized engagement.
- Adjusting a weekly target downward to help a child meet it; support the student instead of lowering the bar.
- Grading assignments, facilitating standardized test preparation, or handling parent outreach; campus leads manage parent communication.
Guarantee that every student in your K‑3 cohort completes weekly learning targets, achieves mastery in each life skill, and finishes the year reporting that they loved you.
Basic Requirements- Willingness to work on‑site at an Alpha campus in Phoenix, AZ;

- Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus.
- Willingness to allow AI to manage instructional delivery while you focus on motivation and life‑skills coaching.
