Septic Service Tech – MILTY'S BOYS SEPTIC About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Technician to serve our septic clients in and around the North Eastern Oklahoma area. The Legacy of Milton Allen, "Poop Doctor," is being carried on by his daughter Lena Trotter and son‑in‑law Cisco Trotter through Milty’s Boys Septic. The Legacy is one of integrity, excellence, and people‑service.

• Assist in septic installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Dig anywhere from 6 inches to 3 feet in all types of terrain to expose septic tanks and drain lines.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet daily schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods, miles driven, and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Comply with truck‑driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.

• Proven work experience as a Technician.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Good attitude and coachable mindset.
• Ability to pass drug screening as required by DOT.
• Strong communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Physically able to squat, bend, pull, and lift.
• Follow protocols and be detail‑oriented.
• Goal‑oriented and willing to learn.
• Valid driving license.

$14 - $15 per hour with room for advancement and promotion.

Supplemental pay: commission based.

• Health insurance.

• Service technician: 1 year (Required).

• 50% (Preferred).

On the road.

Full‑time.
