CSI Aerospace, Inc., is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for early-career engineers or engineering technicians who are passionate about process improvement and hands‑on problem solving in a production environment. The Production Engineer will work closely with operations, engineering and quality to develop and improve manufacturing processes and tools. The Production Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and receive day-to-day guidance and mentorship from a Senior Production Engineer.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities Include
- Support production by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
- Assist in developing and refining manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and 3D prints of tools and prototypes.
- Create and Update manufacturing process drawings and documentation
- Assist with the identification, procurement, installation and use of production equipment
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from product testing and examination
- Manage assigned projects to schedule
- Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
