Emergency Reponse Manager; Stormwater

Title: Stormwater Response Manager
Location: Remote (Central or East Coast time zone)
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 USD (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Address and manage stormwater‑related requests from national commercial clients.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including sub‑contractors, to meet client expectations and resolve stormwater issues.
• Oversee assessment, solution identification, cost estimating, scheduling, and completion of approved scopes of work, and finalize post‑construction reporting.
• Interact with online databases and reporting systems.
• Estimate minor stormwater rapid response efforts.
• Work occasional weekends as required.

• B.S. degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of stormwater systems and BMPs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environments.
• Familiarity with estimating practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Composure while coordinating or responding immediately to client needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Annual Expected Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 USD
