Overview
Electrical Field Coordinator / Field Designer — A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking an Electrical Field Coordinator / Field Designer to support facility assessments, field surveys, and engineering design efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and government projects.
Responsibilities- Collect field data on electrical systems
- Coordinate with engineering teams
- Support project documentation and design activities
- May gather limited HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection information
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting, facilities, or electrical systems
- Strong field investigation and documentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% nationwide travel)
- All travel expenses and per diem covered
- Relocation assistance available
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure support, including exam fees, licensing costs, and continuing education
