SUMMARYThe Casino Field Service Technician position is a service‑technician and relationship‑focused role with daily travel within a designated territory. The Casino Service Representative will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot all machines to ensure they function accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update products at casino locations.
- Ensure optimal functionality of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) through diagnostics and software configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve tech‑related issues promptly.
- Document incident reports and maintain meticulous maintenance records.
- Update and manage daily/weekly technical logs.
- Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador.
- Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Minimum age 21; valid driver’s license; ability to secure gaming licenses.
- Obtain Gaming or Vendor Technician License through Tribal Gaming Commission.
- 1+ year experience configuring, testing, or repairing electronic equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity understanding.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Capable of lifting, maneuvering, transporting heavy machines up to 400 lbs.
- Proficiency with Windows, CRMS (Hubspot, Net Suite) for data entry.
- Capability to oversee conversion projects or setups independently.
- Commitment to exemplary customer relations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, on‑call, evenings, holidays.
- Up to 75% local travel required.
- Casino industry background.
- Experience in land‑based gaming.
- Ability to work remotely to fulfill role.
- Analytical skills with floor map schematics.
- Basic electrical and networking knowledge.
