Sales Associate Fintech

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co‑own client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and coordinate with internal teams for live deals.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in fintech & payments, crypto market, and Bit Go's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products.
• Drive and manage client requests, issues and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, support).
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, close deals.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging Bit Go’s product expertise.

2–6 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech; client‑facing experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody required. Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interest in digital assets.

Pay Transparency:
Depending upon leveling, the compensation for this role averages between $115,000 – $125,000 USD base salary with uncapped commission, equity and benefits.

Full‑time onsite at the New York City office is required.
