Financial Manager, Risk Manager/Analyst
The Order to Cash Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of receivable operations, from credit risk assessment to final cash application. You will manage a small team responsible for high-volume reconciliations, including armored truck deposits and lockbox activity, while ensuring technical compliance with revenue recognition and CECL standards. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and has 2-3 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities- Cash & Bank Management:
Oversee bank reconciliations and specialized cash deposit reconciliations for armored truck services. Manage treasury functions including lockboxes and payment portals. - A/R & Collections:
Supervise payment application, manage the collections process, and monitor customer credit limits to mitigate risk. - Revenue & Liability:
Post revenues and manage accounting for loyalty program liabilities. - Technical Accounting:
Manage A/R allowance modeling and CECL (Current Expected Credit Losses) calculations. - Credits & RMAs:
Oversee the processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and the issuance of customer credits. - Process Improvement:
Identify and implement automation or workflow enhancements to streamline the OTC cycle while maintaining day-to-day transaction accuracy.
- Minimum 5+ years in Accounts Receivable or OTC roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, lockbox operations, and ERP payment modules.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, specifically revenue recognition and CECL requirements.
- Experience managing armored truck cash logistics and RMA workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling for allowances/liabilities).
- Proven track record of reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Salary: $75, annually depending on experience.
