At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family‑owned bank that invests in your growth.

This is a full‑time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn banking systems and processes.

• Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries.
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
