This is a full-time, on-site role in Broken Arrow, OK, for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, manage staff performance, implement long-term care strategies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will lead budgeting efforts, oversee the care provided to residents, and provide necessary training to staff to maintain high-quality care standards and operational excellence.

• Proficiency in Nursing Home Administration and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare settings
• Experience in Long-term Care and Elder Care, with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered services
• Skills in Budgeting and financial management, including resource allocation and cost control
• Experience in staff leadership and Training to uphold quality care standards and foster professional growth
• Currently hold a valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
