As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one‑on‑one, play‑based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic‑based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

• Starting Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

• Graduates (or a degree in progress) within the field of Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling
• Someone dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!
