• Clinical Leadership:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain).
• A compassionate professional who values perspective‑taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
