tcbh is hiring for a mental health technician of various levels to provide non‑professional direct care for consumers in an inpatient setting. Duties include de‑escalation, ensuring consumer safety, assisting with activities of daily living, taking vitals, observing and recording behavior, establishing therapeutic relationships, and performing other duties as assigned.

- hourly pay rate: level iii $17.59, level ii $16.28, level i $15.10
- $1.00/hr differential for direct‑care setting; $0.50/hr shift differentials for evenings/nights; $0.75/hr for weekends/holidays
- primary hours: 3:00–11:00 pm
- flsa status: non‑exempt
- primary work location/department: tcbh – admissions department
- vacancies: multiple
- level iii – two years of experience in providing patient care.
- level ii – one year of experience in providing patient care.
- level i – no experience or education required.
- must pass an osbi background check.
- must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for mandatory duties.
- must undergo a mandatory physical examination. Must be capable of lifting/carrying 50 lb and propelling or pulling up to 25 lb.
