Presbyterian Healthcare Services in New Mexico is seeking a Medical Group Front Desk Specialist to coordinate encounters, schedule appointments, enter referrals, and maintain patient demographics. This role supports Advanced Access processes and interacts with patients, providers, and departments.
The position is full-time and requires Monday–Friday weekday scheduling with HIPAA confidentiality as a fundamental guideline. EPIC experience is preferred for referrals and patient data handling.
