Position Overview

We are seeking both On-Site and remote licensed behavioral health providers to deliver telehealth and in-person assessments, counseling, and care coordination services to military service members and other eligible populations. This role combines clinical expertise with care navigation, supporting individuals through both structured health assessments and ongoing therapeutic services.

The provider will serve as a subject matter expert in behavioral health, conducting required military health assessments while also offering direct counseling services and referrals to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license in one or more of the following states:
Remote, approximately 4 hours/week: TN, , OK, MD, GA, CA

In Person:

Ocala, FL

Mt. Sterling, IL (part-time, 10 hours)

Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessments & Telehealth Services
  • Perform comprehensive behavioral health screenings and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all assessments in electronic health systems
Counseling & Behavioral Health Support
  • Provide 1:1 counseling for mental health and substance use disorders (ages 6+)
  • Deliver couples, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Support clients with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Assist individuals in navigating life stressors, transitions, and behavioral health challenges
Care Coordination & Consultation
  • Triage client needs and connect individuals to appropriate internal or external resources
  • Collaborate with care teams and provide consultation to employee services and leadership
  • Deliver trainings, webinars, and in-services focused on behavioral health and wellness
Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted licensure in at least one required state (multi-state licensure preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing behavioral health services and/or assessments
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Military experience preferred but not required
