** Our dietary aides perform many different tasks, some of them include:
*** Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
* Prepare and deliver items as requested.
* Maintain tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
* Deliver food carts to patient care units. Return carts to kitchen at designated times.
* Load and oversee dishwashers and log and record wash/rinse temperatures.
* Wash specified items by hand. Example – Pots, pans, knives.
* Assist in kitchen cleaning as per facility policies.
* Assist in preparing salads, desserts, and other nourishments.
* Performs special cleaning duties using proper infection control techniques as assigned by the Dietary Manager
* Treat co-workers, residents and guests with respect and dignity.
* Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
* Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
