Therapy & Beyond is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement BIPs and help clients develop communication, social and daily living skills.
Starting compensation is $18.00-$21.00 per hour with full-time opportunities and benefits. We support RBT certification and offer flexible scheduling, a collaborative team culture, and pathways toward BCBA
