Lance Soft is seeking a Critical Care Float Pool - RN in Tulsa, OK. Starting pay is $33.15/hour with experience-based increases. Relocation bonus up to $10,000 (2-year commitment) and direct hire opportunity with a leading healthcare system.
Shift differentials include +$4/hr for night shifts after 7 PM, +$0.25/hr late night, and +$6/hr critical care differential. Flexible 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) are available.
