Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide RNA to join our dedicated team at Franciscan Villa in Broken Arrow, OK. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health, well-being, and recovery of our residents. this full-time opportunity.

• Assist restorative care program staff in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring rehabilitation goals are met and residents achieve optimal functional independence
• Provide direct care to residents, including but not limited to, range of motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation, under the supervision of licensed therapists and medical staff
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting resident independence and comfort
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address resident needs, ensuring coordinated care and communication

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in restorative care or related field preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
