We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and companionship. Your expertise and dedication will help ensure the overall health, well-being, and satisfaction of our residents.

• Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and companionship
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective care plans for each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
