, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our residents, while also providing individualized care and assistance with daily living activities.

As a Driver CNA Certified
, you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting residents to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and other activities

• Providing one-on-one assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining accurate records of resident transportation and care activities

• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of resident needs and preferences, and adapting care accordingly

• Conducts resident transportation, ensuring safe and efficient transportation to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and other activities

• Assists residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Maintains accurate records of resident transportation and care activities, including data collection and reporting

• Collaborates with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care

• Provides emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and community

• Current CNA certification

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
