Daytime Resident Care Navigator

Hope Is Alive is seeking a Resident Care Specialist (Day) to support residents in a residential recovery center. You will build rapport, provide emotional encouragement, assist with daily activities, and liaise with the clinical team to support residents’ welfare.

Base responsibilities include daily rounds, supervision, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure a safe, supportive environment. This role requires calm, compassionate presence during crises and a dedication to the program’s values.
