Reports To: General Manager, Area Manager
Location: Restaurant-based/Field & Event Support
Position SummaryThe Catering Coordinator is responsible for developing, selling, coordinating, and executing catering orders that drive incremental revenue and strengthen guest relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for catering clients and ensures a seamless experience from inquiry through completion. The Coordinator works closely with restaurant leadership to grow catering sales, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Generate catering sales through outreach.
- Convert leads into booked orders.
- Coordinate logistics and execution.
- Serve as primary client contact.
- Ensure accurate pricing and billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams.
- Oversee setup when required.
- Maintain catering calendar.
- Track sales metrics.
- Maintain service standards.
