Summary

To ensure that all Food and Beverage outlets have required quantities of sanitized equipment/supplies to meet the business needs. Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department of food & beverage.

Essential Duties

To execute company policies and procedures relating to the F&B area thereby ensuring that the services provided achieve the established standards of performance, within the agreed budgetary controls.

To be responsible for high standard of sanitation throughout the F&B areas.

Responsible for storage, requisitioning of all materials and equipment.

Taking and calculating of all material stock (inventory) as required.

Informing the Director of Marketing & Support of excessive consumption of all equipment including cleaning supplies.

In conjunction with immediate director, establish standards of performance for the F&B Department.

Maintaining all equipment to a high standard, i.e.: dishwashers, burnishes’, etc., and reporting to maintenance any defects.

Must maintain food production and storage to ensure the quality and safety of the food.

Must ensure Food and Beverage personnel have been adequately trained and are knowledgeable of job responsibilities.

Supervises and Evaluates all F&B staff.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service / Business Management is preferred.

Experience

Three to five years supervisory experience in the food industry required.

Licenses & Certifications

Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
TTT Gaming License required.
