Mōu | About youAs our Operational & Reporting Analyst, you will bring your expertise to the table in various technical and professional domains. You will support the national Te Whatu Ora Data & Digital Group Manager Reporting and Assurance in crafting and maintaining a range of operational reports that cover both national and regional aspects. Your focus also extends to operational reporting for applications and infrastructure, all geared towards enhancing operational performance, customer insights, and data-driven decisions across the organisation.
You will be all about creating and nurturing operational reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards that help us keep an eye on those crucial key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive our business objectives forward. Ensuring that the reports submitted meet the highest internal and external standards and are presented in a clear and digestible format for everyone from our Management to our Executive and Board members.
Your role doesn't stop there – you will be hands-on in implementing and maintaining reporting tools and systems. From extracting and transforming data to visualizing it, you've got it covered. You will dive into complex data sets, and be on the lookout for trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement and investment. Your findings will be translated into actionable recommendations that are presented to our senior management and stakeholders.
Upholding data governance processes and adhering to data privacy and security regulations will be part of your commitment. You will be all about passing on your knowledge too, helping our Data & Digital team members excel in reporting best practices and data analysis techniques. As backup to the Group Manager Reporting and Assurance, you will be there to provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and manage submissions to the Executive Leadership Team and Data, Digital, and Innovation Committee when needed.
Preference will be given to applications of significantly affected Kaimahi through the change process.
