As our Programme Manager Digital Workspace, you will be at the forefront of two crucial areas:
People & Programme Management. It s an exciting opportunity where you ll lead a highly skilled team in Digital Enterprise Services through complex service transitions. We re on the cusp of a digital transformation, making your role even more critical.
Your mission? Guiding our talented workforce through this shift, empowering them to embrace new ways of working and broaden their career horizons. From traditional waterfall approaches to agile methodologies, from capital funding to continuous delivery, you ll be instrumental in driving this transition with their full support.
But that s not all; you ll also play a pivotal role in making strategic investment decisions across our digital technologies. Overcoming obstacles and ensuring we make the right choices at the right time is central to your success. Plus, implementing modern delivery methods and breaking down barriers will be equally essential.
Your goal? To ensure that all our programs, projects, investments, and initiatives align with the new digital direction, rather than falling back on old habits. Lastly, your role carries a crucial equity objective: nationalising our digital platform investments to ensure that smaller and rural locations aren t left behind in service development and deployments.
Preference will be given to applications of significantly affected Kaimahi through the change process.
