The client is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Lead to own and scale our paid digital marketing strategy across multiple product lines and initiatives.
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive applications, leads, and awareness across gener8tor programs, including startup accelerators, training programs, corporate initiatives, and more.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone comfortable managing campaigns directly while building the systems, reporting, and processes that support performance at scale.
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns across gener8tor initiatives
Manage advertising across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Linked In
Drive performance for campaigns promoting programs such as startup accelerators, workforce training (gener8tor Skills), account management initiatives, and other organizational priorities
Develop and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks
Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as cost-per-lead, application volume, and conversion rates
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance analyses
Collaborate with marketing leadership and program teams to align advertising strategy with recruitment and growth goals
Work closely with creative and social teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging
Identify opportunities to expand or improve paid acquisition channels and strategies
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?6+ years of experience in digital marketing
, preferably with agency experience
Proven expertise managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Linked In
Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, campaign analytics, and reporting
Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and “no job is beneath me” mentality
