Salesforce Engineer

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer 3.

Do you have experience implementing Service Cloud (cases, omnichannel) and Sales Cloud, along with 3+ years of API experience and a strong background in Flows and Apex development?

As an Engineer 3, you will design, develop, and modify many different elements of technology. You will be required to understand advanced methods, theories, and research techniques that establish the ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Lead and execute case management, omnichannel routing, and sales process implementations.
• Build and maintain complex automation using Salesforce Flows, including batch and screen flows.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex (including trigger-based logic) and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and support API-based integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with Architects to recommend architectural improvements and integration strategies.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Dev Ops solutions).
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for less senior team members.
• Monitor system performance, quality, and compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

• Service Cloud:3+ years of experience, including the implementation of cases and omnichannel features.
• Sales Cloud:3+ years of experience, including the implementation of various sales components (sales engagement, pipeline management, reporting, etc.).
• API
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience, with Mulesoft preferred, open to other experiences showing depth and detail in integrating with parallel systems.
• Flows:Heavy emphasis on implementing both batch and screen flows.
• Architecture / Solution Engineering:3+ years of experience, demonstrating an ability to think outside the box to align technology with business needs and provide guidance/options for the team (e.g., researching and implementing new solutions like Salesforce Dev Ops).
• Hands-on Development:Ability to actively develop while also researching and providing solution options.
• Lightning Web Component (LWC) Development:3+ years of experience.
• Apex:Strong background in triggered applications.

• Pardot / Marketing Cloud:2+ years of experience.
• Salesforce Shield
  (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail).
• Data Analysis and reporting experience.
• Salesforce Files & Attachments:
  
  Experience designing custom solutions leveraging Salesforce file management capabilities.
• Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., CI/CD, version control, release management).

$63.00 - $90.00 /hr.
