DMI, LLC is seeking a Service Now Support to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides day‑to‑day platform support/configuration for TSA Service Now ITSM/ITOM.
• Supports enhancements, testing, documentation, and O&M handoff.

Education and Years of

Experience:

• 3‑5 years supporting Service Now or similar ITSM tools; incident/request, change/release, CMDB support concepts;
• Strong runbooks/SOP/test evidence habits; mandatory skills include Service Now and ITSM

Background Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
