About This Position:

We are seeking a Net Suite Technical Project Manager to own the delivery, coordination, and ongoing improvement of Net Suite‑based initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams—ensuring clear requirements, smooth execution, and successful outcomes across financial, operational, and integration‑driven projects.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly detail‑oriented, and comfortable navigating both technical and non‑technical conversations. They bring strong Net Suite functional expertise, understand end‑to‑end financial workflows, and can confidently manage multiple concurrent initiatives across multiple e‑commerce websites in the brand portfolio.

Location and Compensation
  • Location: 100% Remote. (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
  • Reports to: Product Manager @ Renovation Brands.
  • Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
  • Annual Discretionary Bonus: Eligible for 10% of base salary.
What You’ll Do
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery for Net Suite initiatives, from discovery and requirements through testing, launch, and post‑implementation support.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, success criteria, and victory conditions before development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and vendors, translating needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Configure and manage Net Suite functionality, including workflows, saved searches, reports, imports, and admin tasks.
  • Support core financial and operational workflows such as sales orders, purchase orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Manage tickets, documentation, and delivery tracking using tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
  • Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, shifting context quickly while maintaining clarity and progress.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions during complex or frustrating situations, driving calm, productive resolution.
  • Gradually assume leadership responsibilities, including managing vendors and building a supporting team.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily to draft requirements, summarize discussions, analyze data, interpret proposals, and accelerate troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Net Suite Technical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent Net Suite administration and project delivery experience, including configuring reports, saved searches, workflows, and imports.
  • Deep understanding of Net Suite financial processes and end‑to‑end flows (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay).
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and validate clear requirements before development and QA.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work across diverse stakeholders and styles.
  • Highly effective project management skills with attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, imports, and reporting.
  • Applies Net Suite architectural expertise and problem‑solving to evaluate technical proposals and guide developers toward best practices.
  • Exercises sound judgment using AI—leveraging it for speed while relying on expertise for critical decisions and validations.
  • Comfortable working across U.S. time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior background as a developer or technical foundation (not required to write complex scripts).
  • Experience with Shopify, particularly with Net Suite connectors and EDI integrations.
  • Familiarity with .NET based systems and understanding of middleware, like tray.io
  • Experience leading or mentoring a technical or vendor‑based team.
