C5MI is looking to add an experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant to our Delivery team! In this role, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and support for SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects. You'll analyze business requirements, configure TM modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. • Manages small projects, creating and maintaining reports and visualizations, collaborating with other departments, training associate analysts, and creating processes and procedures for existing projects.
• Collaborates with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management requirements.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications for SAP TM implementation and customization.
• Configures SAP TM modules based on business requirements, including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, and tendering.
• Customizes SAP TM to meet specific client needs, such as defining transportation zones, carrier profiles, rates, and optimization rules.
• Performs functional testing to ensure the proper functioning of SAP TM configurations and customizations.
• Identifies and resolves issues, defects, and gaps during the testing phase to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Creates user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials for SAP TM processes and functionalities.
• Conducts training sessions for end-users and client personnel on SAP TM usage and best practices.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4

• Provides timely support and resolution to client issues related to SAP TM functionality, configuration, and data.
• Collaborates with technical teams to investigate and resolve technical issues impacting SAP TM functionality, as well as to support system integration, data migration, and interface development.
• Stays up to date with the latest SAP TM functionality, enhancements, and best practices.
