About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Messaging QA Production Analyst to support high-volume digital messaging campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and SMS. This role is part of a Digital Commerce Operations team and is responsible for ensuring executional quality, accuracy, and deployment readiness prior to campaign launch.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience, a strong QA mindset, and is comfortable validating campaigns in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform end‑to‑end QA for Email, Push, and SMS campaigns, including front‑end content and back‑end configuration
- Validate campaign setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including targeting, personalization, and deployment settings
- Ensure campaigns are fully deployment‑ready prior to launch
- Review and validate creative assets, copy, links, calls‑to‑action, and promotional details
- Test click‑throughs, dynamic content, and personalization logic to ensure accuracy
- Own and maintain QA documentation from execution through final approval
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Creative, CRM, and Product teams to resolve issues
- Clearly document and communicate QA findings to support operational transparency
- Support high‑volume campaign execution while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and quality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital messaging QA, email operations, or production roles
- Strong understanding of deployment QA and pre‑send validation
- Working knowledge of HTML with the ability to read and identify errors
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally
- Adaptable and able to manage last‑minute changes
- Experience QA’ing Push and SMS campaigns
- Familiarity with Airship (Push) and/or Attentive (SMS)
- Experience using Litmus or similar email testing tools
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
- Basic HTML coding experience
- Experience with marketing analytics or tagging for tracking and reporting
- Campaigns are accurate, compliant, and error‑free before launch
- Issues are proactively identified and clearly communicated
- QA documentation is thorough, consistent, and audit‑ready
- Strong collaboration with cross‑functional partners
- High‑quality execution under tight timelines
