IT Operations Intern

Responsibilities

Perform various duties to support technical functions of a specific department, including but not limited to software programming, software testing, process analysis, requirements gathering, report writing, data analysis, data scrubbing, predictive modeling, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, documentation and system administration. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to various groups to communicate findings and recommendations. Work collaboratively with manager, department members and other interns.

• Strong experience with MS Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Strong work ethic.
• Graduating May
  2027 or later.
• Ability to come into the office to work 15–20 hours per week within business hours.
