Overview
We’re building a world of health around every individual. This Field Technician role supports clinics in the Oklahoma City area with secondary support to Tulsa. The role delivers Level1–2 support, troubleshoots IT issues on desktops, printers, peripherals, and network/Wi‑Fi, and works with vendors to maintain medical equipment and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Handle Level1–2 support tickets and field issues through a service desk system.
- Escalate Help Desk tickets to appropriate teams and document the full problem‑solving process.
- Remote and onsite troubleshooting of desktop, printer, peripheral, and network/Wi‑Fi problems.
- Ensure continuous uptime for computers and peripherals.
- Work with vendors to service basic medical equipment and manage network infrastructure.
- Assist with new‑hire orientations and hardware deployments.
- Visit clinics regularly (50–75% travel, primarily Oklahoma City with secondary Tulsa support).
- Maintain accurate inventory of all IT‑related equipment.
- Support the implementation of IT strategy and company expansion.
- Perform physical tasks up to 50lb. as required.
- 2+ years of service desk or related experience.
- General knowledge of multiple operating systems (Microsoft, Chrome, Mac).
- Excellent customer‑service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Flexible, positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Professional experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (or equivalent) and Service Desk metrics/SLAs.
- 2+ years of network experience.
- Certifications:
CompTIAA+, ITIL4 Foundations, or HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician (HDI‑DAST).
High School Diploma required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
40 hours per week.
Pay Range$18.50 – $31.72 per hour (based on experience, location, and other factors). Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
