A great manufacturing company in Broken Arrow is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator & Helpdesk Specialist to join its team in a direct hire position. This is a hands-on, mid-level IT role that combines systems administration, network and server support, cloud administration, and internal helpdesk support. The right candidate will be comfortable managing critical IT infrastructure while also serving as an escalation point for employees experiencing hardware, software, security, or connectivity issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys variety, works well independently, and wants to take ownership of both day-to-day user support and the systems that keep a manufacturing operation running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade on-premises servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments
  • Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, security, connectivity, and user-access issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, access groups, and security policies
  • Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra /Azure AD, Group Policy, and Single Sign-On
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Assist with cloud environments including Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
  • Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Use Power Shell and basic scripting to automate routine administrative tasks and system maintenance
  • Perform system backups, monitor logs, and test recovery procedures to help prevent business downtime
  • Support endpoint security and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, network workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and internal knowledge-base resources
  • Administer and support the Fene Vision ERP platform
  • Design and develop operational, financial, and inventory reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports
  • Serve as an escalation point for more complex internal helpdesk issues
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of IT experience in systems administration, IT support, helpdesk escalation, or a similar technical role
  • Strong experience administering Windows Server and Windows workstation environments
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , GPOs, and SSO
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Familiarity with Power Shell scripting and automation
  • Experience with endpoint security and device management solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to prioritize between infrastructure issues and urgent user-support needs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues through resolution
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
    Fene Vision ERP SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Crystal Reports Microsoft Azure AWS Microsoft Intune Google Workspace
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are also preferred.
