JobOverview
Kevel enables our customers to build innovative and relevant advertising and content experiences quickly and easily. Our Solutions Architects are a vital member of our Customer Success team and serve as trusted technical partners to our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, supporting both pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements.
In the pre‑sales phase, you will collaborate closely with Sales to understand prospective customer needs, design and present technical solutions, support product demos, and help ensure alignment between customer requirements and Kevel’s platform capabilities. Post‑sale, you will play a critical role in driving successful implementation, integration, and adoption of Kevel’s solutions by providing technical guidance, training, and ongoing support throughout onboarding and beyond.
To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, customer‑focused solutions.
LocationRemote – United States. This position is 100% remote. Applicants located anywhere within the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred) are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be legally eligible to work within the United States.
Pay TransparencyKevel uses external, third‑party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. We believe this is an important step in living our value of embracing diversity while underlining our commitment to fair, equitable and inclusive pay practices.
The pay range for this position is between $140,000 and $170,000 OTE (combination of base + commission). An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level. In regards to candidate location in the US specifically, Kevel currently uses validated external data sources to determine which US locations are considered higher cost of living metropolitan areas compared to others.

- Become an expert in Kevel, our APIs, and what they can do.
- Work closely with Kevel’s Sales team to develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of our offerings.
- Provide pre‑sales strategic technical support, answer customer inquiries, and address questions about product functionality and compatibility.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of Kevel’s products and services.
