Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager focused on the Enterprise sector, you will be at the forefront of the Wandelbots mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites. You will be responsible for driving and executing an Enterprise Customer journey that enables our Customers to adopt and scale the Wandelbots NOVA Physical platform and become future‑proof, software‑driven manufacturing organisations of excellence.
You will report to the Head of Customer Success and work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and your Revenue colleagues to bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users easier access to Physical AI than ever before.
Location
Ideally, you are based in South/West Germany, either in the Dortmund/Essen/Düsseldorf triangle or Stuttgart/Munich/Frankfurt.
What You'll Do- Lead the Customer journey from late-stage
Sales to full onboarding and beyond. - Develop collaboration planswith your Customers to ensure their success, making surethey aremaximizingtheiroutcomesfrom
Wandelbots products and services. - Developeand expand strategies that drivegrowthfromproof-of-concept projects to enterprise-wide rollouts.
- Monitor Customer sentiment and healthand proactively address potential issues.
- Design and coordinatetrainings,technical workshops, expert consultation,and other support service sand solutions to ensure issue resolutionandproduct adoption.
- Gather Customer feedback and insights to inform our revenue generation strategies and support the Product and Engineering teamin product development.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth and fast delivery of projects, services, features, to your Customers
- Represent the voice of the customer, with data,within internal discussions.
- Several years of proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2BEnterprise environments. You havesuccessfullyworked with large
Enterprise accounts and have a strong understanding of how Enterpriseorganisationsbuy and scale complex solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. You are equally comfortable in a room with engineers or C-suite.
- Proven experienceworkingin startups or fast-paced, fast-changing,organisations. You havehightolerance for ambiguity and quicklylearnand adapt to new situations.
- Strong understanding and experience withtechnicalproducts, preferably inthe robotics, software development,or deep tech sectors. Coupled with a strong understanding of how enterprise customerspurchaseand scale complex solutions in this space.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and Design teams. You are someone who can motivate others around youfor the samegoal.
- Strong self-organisational skills and attention to detail. You are good at planning, documenting, andmaintainingan up-to-date CRM(Hubspot, Salesforce), CS platform(Planhat,Velaris etc.),and tickets(Jira).
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Professionalproficiencyin German and English
- Willingness to travel as needed to meetyour
Customers and attend trade fairs. - Willingness to commute regularly to Dresden, particularly in the first months of your onboarding
- You have a past in a technical role or are curious enough to have learned towrite code,pursue a no/low-code project, or even program a robot.
- You'repassionate about technology,its potential to transform industries, and you contaminate others with that passion.
- You work or have worked inproduction,manufacturingor industrial automation.
