Summer Camp Program Director

We are a team of men and women who love Jesus and desire to see His name made known, not our own. We'll be the first to admit we aren't perfect. It's great then that God doesn't require us to be perfect when He uses us!

Our mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers for ministry drives everything we do. So, no matter the position, everyone impacts and drives our mission forward. We are a highly relational staff who knows how to take breaks, get to know each other, and have fun while working hard together. Our heart as we pursue our mission is to serve God and those around us well.

As the Flint Valley Program Director you will be a leading force in driving forward our mission (to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry) through our programming. You will oversee a dynamic and gifted team of Program Managers to carry out program strategy to see lives changed and to develop the next generation of Christlike leaders.

You will also be a part of the Flint Valley Leadership Team helping to lead and shape the future, and staff culture, of New Life Ranch - Flint Valley.

• You confidently manage and coach direct reports in their work and professional/faith development.
• You take initiative in your work.
• You can plan strategically and long term (3-5 year scope).
• You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism through all of your interactions, including consistent, timely communication both internally and externally.
• You are hungry for and open to feedback, and will seek it out from leadership, colleagues, parents, groups, summer staff, and key stakeholders.
• You willingly engage in necessary conflict and deal with it gracefully, directly, and in a timely manner, seeking to understand first.
• You communicate often and for clarity with those whom you collaborate with and supervise.
