General Manager - Home Services

Position Summary

We’re seeking a General Manager to lead a growing home services company in Lincoln, specializing in high-quality bathroom remodeling with custom bath and shower solutions that blend luxury and functionality. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the business—including sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience—while driving growth, profitability, and overall performance. This is a critical leadership position responsible for strengthening results and upholding reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Provide leadership that drives accountability, teamwork, and performance
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team
• Set goals and track KPIs to ensure business objectives are met
• Support sales strategy execution and revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and referral networks
• Monitor performance and adjust based on market trends
• Oversee projects to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Manage vendors, purchasing, and inventory
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Control costs while meeting revenue goals
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability

• Home Improvement Expertise:
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong background in finish/rough carpentry or basic plumbing.
• Direct in-home sales or installation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer service principles.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent business software.
• Ability to obtain necessary required licenses unless already obtained.
