VP of Clinical Services

Currently seeking an experienced VP of Clinical Services for long term care facilities located throughout Oklahoma.

Salary: $130K to $150K range

• MUST have 2-3 years of experience as a VP of Clinical Services in long term care
• Must have current and valid Oklahoma RN license
• Must have long-term care/skilled nursing experience
• MUST be willing to travel
• Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
• Must have strong clinical background
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong leadership and communication skills

• The VP of Clinical Services will lead the organization's nursing strategy and establish policies, programs, and best practices to support the company's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care
• The successful candidate will be a transformational leader with a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing nursing teams, developing future leaders, and driving clinical excellence across multi-site operations
• This individual will have demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of innovative clinical programs
