Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the global project delivery process
- Ensure consistent execution of customer‑driven projects across global sites
- Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑visibility customer projects
- Act as the primary customer contact for project scope, schedule, communication, and risk management
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing, and documentation requirements
- Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and assigned Project Managers
- Implement and optimize project management tools and standardize documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional project delivery processes
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
