Responsibilities
- Lead & empower your team of account managers and field service engineers
- Partner with your team to achieve regional growth and performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients
- Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate policies
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the Central Area
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in chemical sales
- Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel within the area
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
